 Client Words

"Working with Rachel is like having a guide to help you traverse the rocky terrain that is ADHD - she has been there, done that, and openly still struggles herself - which means she knows the lay of the land intimately and can point out obstacles and offer support." - Barbara Williams

Sound familiar?

At the heart of every ADHDer is a spark of unrealised potential.

But your self-esteem has been battered by never feeling good enough and never quite knowing why, and your exhausted from the confusing contradiction of swinging wildly from dedication to disinterest, from action to paralysis.

You find yourself:

😫 Requiring strict routines just to manage the 'basics' of life, leaving no space for joy or spontaneity

😫 Not daring to dream beyond your current situation because deep down, you don't believe it's possible for you

😫 Not trusting that spark in you that wants more, because you've been taught it's impulsive, irresponsible, impractical

It’s time to QUIT trying to squeeze your brilliant, messy brain into neat little neurotypical boxes.

About Rachel

After spending my 20s trying to 'fix' what felt wrong with me, an ADHD diagnosis at 30 changed everything.

So I combined my background in Psychology, Teaching, Corporate Learning & Development & Coaching with my obsessive quest for self-understanding and lived experience of ADHD, to help others trying to wrestle a brain that’s been misunderstood for so long.
