What Clients Say…

-Coaching Client (6 months)

Living with an ADHD brain can feel like a tangled mess some days (or a total bin fire on others!)

Overwhelmed by scrambled thoughts and emotions. Paralysed by indecision. Stuck in perfectionism.

And if you're supporting someone with ADHD, you might be watching them struggle with knots you can't see, both of you helpless to untangle the confusion.

That's where I come in.

I know every tangle has a pattern, every knot has a starting point and I'm darn good at spotting which thread to pull first, without unravelling into chaos.

Whether it's your own ADHD brain, or helping your team or organisation understand - let's figure this out together.

About Rach

After spending my 20s trying to 'fix' what felt wrong with me, an ADHD diagnosis at 30 changed everything.

So I combined my background in Psychology, Teaching, Corporate Learning & Development & Coaching with my obsessive quest for self-understanding and lived experience of ADHD, to help others trying to wrestle a brain that’s been misunderstood for so long.
