Time to stop ADHD paralysis, perfectionism and fear from robbing you of creative joy!
Create Without Fear
A 6 week group quest to help you nurture your creative spark, and rediscover the joy of creating without self-judgement holding you back.
❌ No more agonising over whether you’re doing it ‘right’
❌ No more stuck in the ‘should's’
❌ No more icky fear of what others think keeping you stuck
Instead, a supportive community of like-minded fizzy brained folks making it up as we go along - ‘cause that’s how us ADHDers work best.
Sound like you?
You’re struggling…..
😬 You start new projects with enthusiasm but abandon them when they don't match the Pinterest-perfect vision in your head. Nothing ever feels ‘good enough.’
🤯 You constantly consume creative content - tutorials, courses, books but rarely take action. You're afraid of "doing it wrong" and you’re overwhelmed by all the ideas swimming in your head.
😶🌫️ You have a half-finished project you haven’t looked at in months. Maybe a blog, or video, or business idea. But every time you think about it you get an icky feeling and want to run away and hide.
😞 You have a ‘graveyard’ of half-started projects and ideas that fills you with shame. Every time you get inspired, that voice in your head says “What’s the point in starting something you’ll never finish?”
You desire…….
🎯 You want to channel your creative energy into actually DOING something.
🥰 You want to find satisfaction in the making process rather than just the end result.
😃 You want to experience the flow and excitement you felt when you first started creating, without your inner critic constantly comparing you to others.
😎 You want to rediscover the joy of creating for the sake of it.
💛 You want to trust yourself to start something creative, free from the crushing weight of expectation.
It’s time to discover how you can Create Without Fear
With a guide, and community, who really GETS it.

About Your Guide
(I thought I’d forgo a pro-fesh-unal photo here for a compilation of me hiking moments to really hit home the ‘journey’ metaphor).
Rachel Walker is an ICF accredited coach with a degree in psychology and a background in corporate learning and development and infant school teaching.
After discovering she could live a satisfying, playful life which embraced the colourful chaos of ADHD, she decided to share her learnings and experience through coaching, workshops, and content creation.
The insights and approach in Create Without Fear are drawn from her own creative journey, and experiences with coaching clients who, like you, want to break free from ADHD paralysis and rediscover the joy of creating.
(I wrote that in third person so I don’t go side questing telling you my life story. Follow me on Substack, Youtube and Linkedin for that).

Interested but got questions? This is where the FAQs happen…..
-
No, you don't need to have a specific project already defined. Part of our journey together will be exploring what creative pursuits light you up. Some participants come with half-finished projects they want to revisit, while others are simply feeling a creative spark and want to discover where it leads. We'll help you find direction during our first week together.
-
Coddiwompling means "to travel in a purposeful manner towards a vague destination." In this program, it means approaching your creative practice with purpose and direction, but without fixating on a specific end result. This approach works particularly well for ADHDers who often struggle with perfectionism and can become paralyzed when expectations are too rigid. It's about valuing the creative journey, remaining open to unexpected discoveries, and finding freedom between aimless wandering and strictly planned outcomes.
-
I will record the first half an hour of the call where I cover the theme for that week in case there’s a week you can’t attend, but the discussions won’t be recorded - this is so the group feel safe to share and discuss without it existing forever on a recording.
The live experience with body doubling and community interaction offers the most benefit. If you know in advance you'll miss multiple sessions due to scheduling conflicts, please reach out to discuss if this is the right time for you to join.
-
Create Without Fear uniquely combines ADHD-friendly approaches with creative exploration. Unlike traditional creativity courses that focus primarily on techniques or skills, we focus on overcoming the mental blocks and perfectionism that specifically affect ADHDers. And unlike general ADHD programs, we specifically target the creative process. The program also includes real-time body doubling during calls to help you actually take action, rather than just learning concepts.
-
Absolutely! While the program is designed with ADHD brains in mind, the challenges of perfectionism, fear of judgment, and creative blocks affect many people. If the struggles described on the sales page resonate with you, you'll likely benefit from the program whether you have a formal diagnosis or not.
-
The program is limited to 8 participants to ensure everyone receives personalized attention and has ample opportunity to share and connect during our sessions. This intimate group size helps build a supportive community where everyone feels seen and heard.
-
All participants have access to a private, pressure-free WhatsApp group where you can share inspirations, ask questions, and connect with fellow Coddiwomplers between our weekly calls. Rachel checks in regularly to provide encouragement and support. There's absolutely no expectation of homework or mandatory participation - this space is purely for inspiration and good vibes when you want them.
-
No one is ever required to share their work. Week 5 specifically addresses the vulnerability of sharing and helps you build resilience against rejection sensitivity. We create a supportive, judgment-free environment where sharing is encouraged but always optional. Many participants find that the safety of the group actually makes sharing less intimidating than they expected.
-
I can’t define that exactly, and that’s part of embracing the journey of Coddiwompling! But what I can say is that by the end of the 6 weeks you can expect to have: a healthier relationship with your creative process, practical strategies for managing perfectionism and fear, greater confidence in your ability to start and continue creative projects, and connections with a supportive community. Most participants also make tangible progress on a creative project.
-
In our final session, we'll create a sustainable plan for continuing your creative journey beyond the program. The WhatsApp group remains open for 30 days after our last call so you can continue to connect with your fellow Coddiwomplers.
-
The payment plan splits the total cost into two equal payments of £225 each. The first payment is due at registration to secure your spot, and the second payment is automatically charged one month later. There are no additional fees for choosing the payment plan option.
-
Sessions are held at 6:30-8:00pm UK time (BST). You are welcome to join from a different timezone, just bear in mind that attending sessions live is where you’ll get the most benefit from the programme.
If the time difference would prevent you from attending most live sessions, contact Rachel (she’s working out whether it’s worth adding an additional group for other timezones).
-
In accordance with UK consumer regulation, you have a 14-day cooling off period from purchase to request a refund. If you are having doubts after purchasing, contact Rachel to talk it through. We want to make sure you get the best experience possible, even if that means deciding right now isn’t the right time to join.
Keep in mind that if your 14 day cooling off period falls during the programme start we'll reduce your refund to account for the goody bag you’ll have received and sessions that have already been held.
