"I would recommend working with Rachel as your Coach because you absolutely need a coach that understands ADHD when you are newly diagnosed and need to "re-learn" or at least re-contextualize your ways of working and getting things done.” - Barbara Williams
Sound familiar?
You've been trying to make ADHD work for you, but it feels like you're constantly swimming upstream.
Maybe you've tried all the "ADHD-friendly" tips, but you're still caught in cycles of starting strong and burning out, feeling motivated one day and completely stuck the next.
👉🏻 You know you're capable of amazing things – you have sporadic moments of productivity and possibility, but you can't figure out how to recreate those conditions consistently.
👉🏻 The generic advice isn't cutting it. "Just use a planner!" "Try the Pomodoro Technique!" These one-size-fits-all solutions feel like trying to navigate with someone else's map.
👉🏻What if you simply need to understand YOUR unique ADHD landscape and develop strategies that actually fit your brain, your life, and your goals?

“Rachel's knowledge and understanding of ADHD was so helpful in terms of validation, reframing and in turn my understanding. Rachel also supported me to find really practical solutions that have helped me move through 'stuckness', task paralysis and improve my reaction to RSD.” - Alex Alexander
ADHD Navigator is an 8 session coaching journey designed for…..
Late diagnosed ADHDers (or those who suspect they have it) ready to move beyond "now I know why" to "now what do I do?"
Those who understand their ADHD but are facing new challenges (career changes, perimenopause, parenthood, etc.)
People who want to move beyond generic ADHD tips to develop truly personalized approaches and deep self understanding
Things I’ve helped past clients to do…
- Navigate the emotional rollercoaster of late diagnosis - processing grief, relief, and everything in between
- Develop practical strategies for executive function challenges like time management, organization, and task initiation that fit their specific lifestyle
- Transform decades of self-criticism into genuine self-compassion by understanding their ADHD traits as differences, not defects
- Create supportive environments and routines that honor their sensory needs and energy patterns
- Learn to communicate their ADHD needs to family, friends, and colleagues without shame or over-explanation
- Identify their unique ADHD strengths and leverage them in daily life rather than focusing solely on managing difficulties

Low on funds? 💸
It shouldn’t stop you from reaching your potential.
I accept funding through the Access To Work programme that the UK government runs.
It’s a programme that with a bit of work filling in the forms, and a bit of patience waiting for them to get back to you - you can get ADHD career coaching for free!
Take a look at this blog I wrote guiding you through the process here.
Or if you’ve already secured your funding and are choosing the right Coach for you, book a vibe check with me.
I get it. It’s really hard to trust yourself when you’ve gone undiagnosed for so long.
But seeing as you’ve made it this far down the page, my guess is you know something needs to change.
You may be asking “how can I trust you to help me make this change?” or “how can I trust MYSELF to make this decision to work with you?”
