Got Questions?

I get it. This is an important decision and you want to make sure you’re choosing the right person to support you. If you don’t see any answer to your question below, send me a message or book a call to discuss.

  • Nope! Formal diagnosis isn’t necessary. You might be in the process of seeking an assessment, self-identify but don’t want to go down the diagnosis route, or you don’t think you have ADHD but I seem like someone who’d be a good match for you. All welcome!

  • Absolutely! Coaching is all about getting to know you as an individual. Everyone is unique, and having ADHD or Autism doesn’t mean we will all think or do things in the same way. I specialise in ADHD because my lived experiences make me very well placed to understand the challenges and solutions that benefit those with ADHD. I’d recommend booking a call so we can discuss your specific needs and you can decide if I’m the right fit for you. I also regularly check in with my clients for feedback so anything that isn’t working well for you can be quickly adjusted.

  • If you are in the UK and haven’t yet applied for an Access to Work Grant, you can do that here. Money awarded through this grant can be used for ADHD Coaching. If you’re waiting for your application to be processed, or are not in the UK, I share helpful advice on my Youtube channel and through my newsletter.

  • I do indeed! Let me know during your Discovery Call that you have a grant and we can get this set up. Usually the way this works is I invoice your employer and then the Government will reimburse them.
